About Me
I’m Nathaline Ignacio and I’m here to support your mental health and well-being.

Who I Am
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina with over a decade of clinical experience. As a combat veteran with 8 years of military service, I bring a unique perspective and deep empathy to my work—especially when supporting fellow veterans and individuals navigating trauma and addiction.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children, substance abuse counseling, and clinical supervision for provisional therapists. I provide a safe, supportive environment where young clients can process and heal from the impact of trauma. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and complemented by holistic techniques that support both mind and body.
Through my virtual practice, I offer convenient, confidential care from the comfort of your home. I provide compassionate, collaborative therapy for individuals facing trauma, addiction, and general mental health concerns. Whether you’re a child, adult, or veteran seeking healing, my goal is to empower you with personalized tools and strategies that foster resilience and lasting growth.

Now Accepting Associate-Level Clinicians for Clinical Supervision
I am currently welcoming associate-level professionals seeking clinical supervision for licensure. If you’re looking for a supportive, growth-oriented environment to deepen your clinical skills and navigate the path toward independent licensure, I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.
Who I Supervise
I provide supervision for associate-level clinicians in the following fields:
– Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCA)
My Supervision Style
I take an integrated and flexible approach to supervision, tailoring our work together based on the supervisee’s developmental stage, clinical challenges, theoretical orientation, and cultural context.
My supervision style is collaborative, strengths-based, and reflective. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your clinical identity, deepen self-awareness, and grow with confidence. Together, we will focus on ethical decision-making, skill development, and the complexities of client work.
Supervision is more than a licensure requirement—it’s a vital process of becoming the thoughtful, effective clinician you aspire to be.
